This first location was at a park by my house. It is a big tree sitting in the middle of the park. Around the tree it has big roots and multiple flowers, as shown on the second image. The first image is called, 'Falling leaves' and the second image is called, "one tall flower". I go to this tree a lot after school to do homework and such so this tree means a lot to me. Also I thought that the dead leaves in spring were kind of fascinating, and since the tree hasn't grown any leaves yet.
The second image was taken in my cousins backyard. Im not exactly sure what kind of plant that us so thats why I took it. I also took it because i like how the plant blended pretty nice with the gras and the pebbles in the background. the first image is called " red plant" and the second is called " pebbles and plant"
This third photo I took is actually right by that lone tree. It is one of the stumps/roots that came up from the ground and the top was shaved off. I really like the blended version because it evokes like this magic feeling or a movie setting prop. The first one is called "Red Stump" and the other one is called "Shaved stump"
This fourth location was at Olson Park in the forest and near the soccer field. The first one I took because I thought it was very cool how the green grass made a circle around a patch of dead grass. the second one I took because I found a bird egg right next to it, and I found the nest up in the tree. The first photo is called " Ring of grass" while the second one is called "Pine tree".
Out of all the landscape photos I took, this is my favorite pair. I say this because i love the color variations, especially on the second one. This was taken on one of the first days of spring and I was very surprised that flowers have already bloomed. The first one is called " Lonely flowers" and the second one is called " Flower variation".
